Respecting their workers. The leadership team loves to treat their workers like they are "little people" and that they are unimportant. They tend to find more flaws in their employees rather than celebrating the work of their employees. The lowest level of staff are usually blamed for issues.
I took this job because they promised tuition reimbursement after a year of employment. When it came time to claim it, managers, upper management, and HR didn't answer any questions and I never got tuition reimbursement. I would feel better if the company was actually helpful when we reach out.

Leadership needs to respect all of their workers and listen to their needs. In order for the company to be successful, they need to treat the workers who help run the company with respect and trust.
