What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Clearer vision and transparent communication. Embrace differences in each unique person.

Leading. They dictate rather than lead. They make rash decisions and then change their minds constantly. They lack commitment and are easily influenced by the opinions of others. If they do have a strategy, it's not well defined or understood outside the husband and wife founders.
