They treat us well and celebrate our successes. We have a fully stocked kitchen, and tons of incentives, like contests and trips.
What's the office vibe like at Houzz?
Houzz definitely has a family feel. Managers are supportive, knowledgeable and inspiring. You are surrounded by the best co-workers ever. Employees are definitely motivated and goal driven. Everyone is competitive, but with themselves, not with each other. The culture is fun, with lots of contests and incentives to meet your goals. In terms of dress, it definitely casual (can wear jeans every day). They also have Wellness Wednesday where you can wear your workout clothes to work. Overall, the vibe is really positive and exciting!

Engineering in general have quite a few women, with the data team having more women than men; Houzz is one of the few companies that have almost a 1:1 ratio for men to women
