What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match a percentage of our 401 contribution.
Very comprehensive and generous for full-time employees. Many new benefits each year that cover student debt, PTO, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked thier 8 years and now with the new working rates I'm barely making more than a new hire.
