Mr. David R. Weinreb has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Howard Hughes Corporation since November 22, 2010. Mr. Weinreb has directed Howard Hughes's efforts since its emergence in 2010, building a portfolio of some of the most sought-after real estate in the country. He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at TPMC Realty Corporation for 17 years. He was the Managing General Partner and a Limited Partner, in numerous single-asset entities. He began his real estate career in the late 1970s in New York City. Mr. Weinreb has been a Director at The Howard Hughes Corporation since November 22, 2010. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California. He has served on a number of boards, including an appointment by the former mayor of Dallas to the 'Inside the Loop Committee'. His vision, leadership and financial acumen led him to be named to 2012's Top 200 CEOs in the U.S. by ExecRank. Mr. Weinreb attended New York University.
