Make people that have worked at the job better paid due to loyalty.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They match a percentage of our 401 contribution.
Very comprehensive and generous for full-time employees. Many new benefits each year that cover student debt, PTO, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked thier 8 years and now with the new working rates I'm barely making more than a new hire.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Team is dedicated, trustworthy and dependable.
Everyone, including managers, have good work ethics.
Flexible, funny, communicative and eager to help
Work well together as we have been thier a long time and know company policy

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company works to involve all employees in company events.
Everyone is respectful & kind to each other.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Its fine but people just hired are making the same as people that have been their 5 years.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer was relaxed and easy to speak to.
No pressure. The questions asked were completely relevant to the position I applied for.
