David M. Striph — Executive Vice President of Investor Relations - Dallas at Howard Hughes Corporation

Mr. David M. Striph has been Executive Vice President of Investor Relations - Dallas at The Howard Hughes Corporation since July 2017. Mr. Striph has over 15 years of real estate lending and banking experience including owning a commercial mortgage brokerage company for five years. He served as the Senior Vice President of Hawaii at The Howard Hughes Corporation until July 2017. He served as Head of Hawaii at The Howard Hughes Corporation since May 10, 2011 and served as its Senior Vice President since May 2011. Prior to joining Howard Hughes, Mr. Striph served as Senior Managing Director of Westmount Realty Capital, a Dallas, Texas-based real estate investor. Mr. Striph served as Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group and Vice President of Fremont Investment & Loan. Mr. Striph served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of AMRESCO Capital Trust since February 2000. He served as one of Executive officers of AMRESCO Capital Trust since November 1998. He served as Western Division Manager for AMRESCO, INC.'s Real Estate Structured Finance Group from December 1996 to August 1998. Mr. Striph had been employed by AMRESCO, INC. since 1994 serving in various positions within the Asset Management and Loan Workout division. Mr. Striph began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young. He led his own business as a commercial broker and mortgage banker. He served as a Director of YMCA of Honolulu until August 18, 2017. Mr. Striph graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Accounting in 1979.
