Mr. DeWolf has over 30 years of real estate experience including leading his own consulting practice guiding real estate strategy, portfolio management and start-up guidance for multi-billion dollar businesses. Mr. DeWolf served as Senior Vice President of The Howard Hughes Corporation since May 5, 2011 and its Head of the Maryland New Jersey & Virginia Developments since May 10, 2011. Mr. DeWolf served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Foot Locker, Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Development at New England Development, Inc. Mr. DeWolf ran his own consulting practice leading real estate strategy, portfolio management and start-up guidance for multi-billion dollar businesses. He served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate & Strategic Initiatives at New York & Company Inc., since 2007. He served as Executive Vice President of Real Estate of New York & Company Inc., since 2003. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Real Estate of Woolworth Corporation. Mr. DeWolf was employed at The Disney Stores Inc. He began his career as real estate counsel for Pyramid Companies and spent over 10 years with The Limited as their first in-house attorney. Mr. DeWolf graduated from Syracuse University earning both his B.S. in 1977 and J.D. in 1979.
