Mr. Baftechi is responsible for the redevelopment of South Street Seaport in Lower Manhattan. Mr. Baftechi has almost two decades of industry experience. He played an integral role in the construction of the Barclays Center Arena for the Brooklyn Nets. Other notable projects include Giants Stadium, Historic Atlantic City Convention Hall, Bucknell University Multi-purpose Athletic Facility, Annenberg Medical Education Conference Center, and the Citizens Bank Ballpark for the Philadelphia Phillies. Mr. Baftechi received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
