Executive Bio

Sarabjit Singh ('Savi') Baveja is HP’s Chief Strategy & Incubation Officer. As a member of the executive leadership team, Savi leads enterprise-wide strategy, corporate development, strategic investments, and efforts such as Personalization & 3D Printing and Microfluidics to accelerate growth and unlock large and sustainable value for HP.

In this role, Savi leads HP’s disruptive technology and commercialization strategy to transform industries through new products, services, and business models. This includes an explicit focus on applying HP’s advanced 3D Printing and Microfluidics technologies in new ways to drive disruptive solutions across large current and potential markets.

Savi formerly served as a Senior Partner and Head of New Business Incubation at Bain & Company, where he honed deep expertise in corporate and growth strategy development, including focal areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), digital disruption, solution capabilities, full potential transformation and the strategic planning processes.

He holds an MBA with high distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He also holds an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering with distinction from Stanford University, where he was a Terman Scholar. He is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
