  • GETTING STARTED: PACE

    STEP 1 - CHARGING YOUR WATCH

    All Pacewatches ship with the battery charged. However, we suggest fully charging your watch before use. It take up to 1 hour to fully charge Pace.

    To charge, attach your watch to thecharging base, the charging base to the USB cable, and the cable to a USB port.Make sure to align the 4 charging pins on the backside of the watch with the ones on the charging base. Once clipped-in, the watch face will light up and show that the watch as charging.

    STEP 2- DOWNLOAD THE APP

    The Amazfit Pacecompanion app is available for iOS in the Apple App Store and for Android in the Google Play Store. Please search for Amazfit Watch to download and install the app.

    STEP 3 - TURN ON YOUR WATCH

    First, make sure your watch is charged to avoid interruptions during the initial setup process.

    To turnonyour watch, press and hold the button nearthe top right-hand side of your watch.The watch can take a few minutes to startup.

    To turnoffyour watch, press and hold the same button on its rightside. TapOKon the interface to confirm shutdown.

    STEP 4- CONNECT & SYNC YOUR WATCH

    Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.

    Open the Amazfit Watch app and follow the prompts.

    With your mobile device, scan the QR code displayed on your watch face.

    Following in-app prompts, turn onNotificationsin System Settings.

    To connect Amazfit Bip to your phone, activate Bluetooth on your mobile phone, open Mi Fit app, tap No paired devices in the home screen of the app (tap the right-handcorner Profile---My device), Tap on watch and tap Amazfit Bip to pair.

    Place the watch next to or onto your phone while the Bluetooth connection on your device is in search mode. Then you will receive a pairing request on your watch. Tap the check mark to confirm for pairing.After confirmation, your watch will connect to your phone immediately and it will update Repository, Firmware, and AGPS automatically. This process may take several minutes to complete.

    Connecting Your Device

Once logged in, pair the device with your phone by selecting "Profile > Add Device > Watch > Amazfit Bip". Pairing requires the identification of the device and pressing "Pair" on the watch.

  • The QR code is shown once during the initial setup of your Pace when you first turn it on.

    If you need to retrieve the QR again, you will need to reset your watch to factory settings by:

    Going to the home screen

    Swipe up and left until you reach More Settings

    Tap on More Settings and swipe up until you reach Factory Reset

    Tap Factory Reset and select option with the check mark in the green circle

    The Amazfit Pace will restart and the QR code will reappear on the watch screen.

  • Your connectivity issues could be a result of the following:

    Check distance:Place the Amazfit device close to or on top of your screen and try connecting again.

    Check battery level:If you cannot connect, make sure your Amazfit device is fully charged. Place your device on the charger base for 20 minutes, remove from the charger base and try connecting again. (Please be sure the unit is placed text side down on the charger base.)

    Restart Application:Force close the Amazfit app, reopen the app and try pairing again. To close the Amazfit application:

    Double-click the Home button to see your most recently used apps.

    Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

    Swipe up to close.

    Restart app andtry connecting again.

    Android

    Open the Applications tray and tap the Settings icon. Then locate and tap Applications.

    Tap Manage Applications. In the list of running applications, select the application and tap Force Stop.

    Restart app and try connecting again.

    Un-pair from the other phones:If you have ever activated phone call notifications in the Amazfit app on another phone, go to that phone's Bluetooth setting and remove the Amazfit device. To do so, tap on the i icon next to the Amazfit and tap Forget this device.Toggle Bluetooth off and on.Re-open app and try connecting again.

    Uninstall/Install mobile application:

    Hold down the app's icon for couple of seconds (hold until the icons start to wiggle).

    To turn on your watch, press and hold the button on its top right side. Your watch screen will light up and show a startup animation. The animation may play for several minutes upon initial startup.A QR code will display on your watch screen when it rst turns on. This code will be used to pair your watch with your mobile device.     1.When charging, check the alignment of the raised silver pins on the charger and on the back of the watch. Make sure the watch and the charging base are facing the right direction.

    2.Make sure that the charging end of the watch is powered. It is recommended to use the USB port on the computer or the charger of the mobile phone. The rated input voltage of the mobile phone charging head must be DC 5.0v, and the input current should be more than 500mA.

    3.Check if there is any dirt or rust marks on the silver pins on the charging base or at the bottom of the watch. You can clean it with a cotton swab and rub it with alcohol.

  • When your Verge shows pairing code, please swipe down from the top screen of your phone to check if you receive a message to let you confirm for Bluetooth connection. The message is shown very briefly and it disappears very soon. But you can find it in the top tray area. After confirmation the device and the watch can be connected immediately.

    For iOS:

    Go to phone settings to find Bluetooth setting and then remove all the devices. To do so, tap on the i icon and tap Forget all the devices.

    Amazfits warranty policy covers only Products, as defined herein, purchased through our online store or authorized dealers. To ensure that your Amazfit Product is authentic and protected by our warranty, please purchase from our online store directly or an authorized dealer.

    Our warranty policy warrants our Products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use for the following period from the date of retail purchase by the original consumer.

    30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Amazfit.com for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You may return any Product purchased on amazfit.com or an Amazfit Product purchased through an authorized deal, excluding any third party merchandise of offers (Product).

    To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

    A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from our customer service team within thirty (30) days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, please contact [email protected].

    Returned Product(s) must be in the same physical condition as at the time of purchase (not physically broken or damaged).

    All accessory items and original packaging included with your purchase must be included with your return.

    The RMA number must be included along with your returned Product.

    Additional terms and conditions:

    Products ordered in November and December can be returned through January 31 of the following year (or 45 days whichever is longer).

    Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.

    Warrantor: This one-year limited consumer warranty ("Warranty") is issued by Huami Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered in Mountain View, CA doing business as Amazfit ("Amazfit").

    Warrantee: Amazfit issues this Warranty to a consumer ("Consumer" or "you"). A Consumer is a person or entity who buys a new, covered device from Amazfits online store or an authorized dealer. This Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred to any subsequent purchaser or user.

    Covered Devices: A new, physical Amazfit hardware device ("Device") is covered by this Warranty if Amazfit includes this Warranty in the original packaging or if Amazfit offers or references this Warranty as part of an online sales or Product set-up process. Product registration is not required as a condition to warranty coverage, but some Amazfit Products function fully only if they are connected to an online Amazfit account.

    Warranted Functionality: Amazfit warrants to the Consumer that the Device will under normal use function substantially in accordance with Amazfit's technical specifications or accompanying Product documentation ("Warranted Functionality") for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase ("Warranty Period").     The laws of the State of California, USA, govern this limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.     Remedies: Consumer's sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty, and Amazfit's sole and exclusive responsibility under this Warranty is that Amazfit will, at Amazfit's option, either repair or replace the defective Device or update software or services so that the Device substantially performs the Warranted Functionality. Any replacement may be, at the option of Amazfit, a new or remanufactured Device. If Amazfit, in its sole discretion, determines it is not reasonable to replace the defective Device, Amazfit may refund to Consumer the purchase price paid for the Device. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

    Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, Amazfit must receive Consumer's claim before the end of the Warranty Period.

    Consumer must obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") from Amazfit and return the defective Device in its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection together with proof of purchase to the address specified by Amazfit in connection with the RMA. In accordance with applicable law, Amazfit may require that you furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with registration requirements before receiving warranty service. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to Amazfit. By sending the Device, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Amazfit. Amazfit may not return the original Device to Consumer. Any replacement Device will not contain Consumer's data. Amazfit warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days following Consumer's receipt of the repaired or replacement Device. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Amazfit shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the Consumer. Any Product returned to Amazfit without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender's cost (subject to prepayment) or kept for up to 30 days for sender's pick-up and then disposed of in Amazfit's sole discretion.

    We provide two different shipping methods for international locations and the estimated pricing are as follows:

    US Mail: $25-$65 USD

    UPS International: $120-$175 USD

    Delivery time to locations outside of the US can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days. Factors such as location, weather, shipping method, item availability and customs can all effect delivery time. If US Mail is selected as a shipping method, the delivery time will take longer than with UPS International.

  • All metal parts of the Moonbeam wristband and the main parts of the Equator wristband are made of surgical-grade stainless steel (316 stainless steel). Please note, all stainless steel contains nickel and may cause an allergic reactions in someone with a nickel sensitivity. The amount of nickel in all our products meet the European Unions Nickel Directive for jewelry (EN1811 2011).

  • Amazfit Bip is resistant to dust, rain, splashing, and accidental submersion.It shouldnt be used when you aretaking a shower/bath, having a spa, swimming or in the sauna or steam room.

    When you move your arm to begin swimming, water pressure can change quickly. It would be much higher than the static pressure at the depth of 1.5 meters and its possible water could force its way into the device.

    When you are taking a shower/bath, rapid changes in temperature may cause expansion and contraction damaging the watch and its water-resistance rating. Shampoo, soaps and other liquids are highly corrosive tothe wristband and the casing of the watch.

    b)Uninstall/InstallMi Fit APP, log in to the app, and re-connect.

    c) Erase Bluetooth Share Data and app caches if you are using an Android phone.

    d) Reboot your mobile phone

    Before updating your device, we recommend fully charging your watch or make sure it has 10% battery left.Keep your phone screen is on and do not perform other operations on your phone during upgrade.

  • Normally, watch will show a charging interface when charging. If your Bip is not charging properly, please check the following steps to troubleshoot your issue.

    Check if Bip is connected securely tothe charging base. If not, press or adjust to make them connected tightly.

    Check if the USB port, charging adapter, outlets or the charging baseis faulty.

    Check if the charging contacts on the back of the Bip or the charging base are dirty. If they are dirty, please use a toothbrush with rubbing alcoholto clean the charging contacts on the back and soak a cotton swab with alcohol, thenpress itto the charging pins on the charging base carefully.Please clean them thoroughly and make sure that no debris from the swab is left behind.Then wipe with a dry cloth or tissuebefore charging.

    For new watches, please remove the watch screen protector before charging your device.

    Enable auto-start and lock Amazfit Watch App in the "recent apps"/ "app overview" plane. Open Amazfit Watch App tap Profile tap Setting tap System Permissions tap Self-starting Permission to check how to permit Amazfit Watch self-starting.

    Open Amazfit Watch App tap Profile tap Setting tap System Permissions tap Notification Read Permission toggle Amazfit Watch App on if its off. If its on, turn it off and on, reboot your phone, restart Amazfit Watch App and try again.

    iOS

    Wake up watch by tapping the Touch Bar and scroll up for the menu. Choose "Status" and Cor will automatically start measuring. After the measurement is successful, the display will be updated in real time until the display is closed.

    On the app:

    Open the "Mi Fit" app and make sure the Cor is connected. Tap "Status" on the lower left of screen, choose "Heart rate", tap "Measure" at the bottom. After a few moments the app will show your current Heart Rate.
