Paid appropriately for the work that I was asked to perform. Not the best, but not the worst either.
Salary, medical, time off, daily schedule
underpaid compared to market for my skills and background and responsibilities
Both hourly and mileage pay, where most intermodal companies only pay one or the other
Only pay when loaded, you can deadhead or bobtail and not getting paid
The culture is atrocious and so is the pay
Better compensation with a bonus, currently only executives receive a bonus
No concept of compensating based on merit
Better pay for performance and experience.
