Mr. James J. Damman, also known as Jim has been the President of Mode Transportation, LLC at Hub Group Inc. since April 2011. Mr. Damman serves as Executive Vice President at Hub Group, Inc. since May 2016. Mr. Damman has been in Transportation and Supply Chain Management since 1980, holding various executive and management positions. He served as the President of Transportation Services Business of Exel Limited since October 2004. He was responsible for overseeing all of Exel's transportation services business. He served as the President of Exel Transportation and Technology Aerospace & Service Logistics at DHL/Exel, Inc. He held senior executive roles in operations, marketing, sales and customer service with the Union Pacific Railroad. He served as the President of Transentric LLc and also served as its Vice President of network operations and Vice President of customer services. He has 24 years of supply chain experience. Mr. Damman received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Central Michigan University in 1980 and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 1986.
