In order to improve, this company would have to be taken over by people who know how to run a company
Leadership is oblivious to the needs of employees and doesn't seem to care beyond a few words of general thanks once they reach another billion in net value.
leadership has very short view, want short term results, they're losing when compared to competitors, they dont know how to invest in the right things because of their greed
