Having the opportunity for uncapped commissions is the best part of my compensation package.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position Im in does not have a high pay ceiling and am on a team commission structure. I dont feel undervalued, but everyone would like more money when asked. Id also like there to be something in the benefits for eyeglasses.
Would make more sense to have a higher base salaries for the positions
No benefits and long hours.
