There is so much support from the other employees and management, regardless of the ask I know I can find someone to help me if I need it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The position Im in does not have a high pay ceiling and am on a team commission structure. I dont feel undervalued, but everyone would like more money when asked. Id also like there to be something in the benefits for eyeglasses.
