The best part about my compensation package is just being paid a fair and competitive rate. It sounds simple, but it really makes you feel valued by the company :)
As an ML engineer at Hugging Face, I love the level of autonomy here. Everyone works on what they want / feel is the most impactful, and is generally quite excited about the work here.
I've never worked for a company that allowed for as much autonomy as Hugging Face. I feel respected, trusted, and valued, which makes showing up for work every day a blast!
