What did you like most about the interview process?I loved that I didn't have a traditional interview process. I pitched a role to the company, worked on a project with the team, and then the company decided to bring me onboard at the end. Super cool and enjoyable experience!
What are some of the best things about your team?The best thing about my team is the support I get from them. Everyone is so welcoming and open to sharing their knowledge. They are always patient and kind so I don't feel uncomfortable asking questions, even if they might seem basic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?The best part about my compensation package is just being paid a fair and competitive rate. It sounds simple, but it really makes you feel valued by the company :)
