- What did you like most about the interview process?I loved that I didn't have a traditional interview process. I pitched a role to the company, worked on a project with the team, and then the company decided to bring me onboard at the end. Super cool and enjoyable experience!
- What are some of the best things about your team?The best thing about my team is the support I get from them. Everyone is so welcoming and open to sharing their knowledge. They are always patient and kind so I don't feel uncomfortable asking questions, even if they might seem basic.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The best part about my compensation package is just being paid a fair and competitive rate. It sounds simple, but it really makes you feel valued by the company :)
