What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the trust that the leadership team has in its employees. The mantra here is to hire the best people and allow them to do their best work, and it's been very effective!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team at Hugging Face is made up of generalists, which means that we all have different sets of expertise. I love getting the opportunity to work with so many smart people across so many verticals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The speed! I also interviewed for a different role than the one I was hired for after my interviewer recognized that I might be a better fit for a different position. Hugging Face was willing to take a change and let me try a new thing, and for that, I will be forever grateful!
