What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the decentralized, hands-off approach from the leadership team. This really cultivates a deeper sense of ownership at the company because you are empowered to do things you think are impactful.
I appreciate the trust that the leadership team has in its employees. The mantra here is to hire the best people and allow them to do their best work, and it's been very effective!
