Tall/Spread and Tall/Point Collars:
Our Tall/Spread and Tall/Point collars (found on the Kent and Logan shirts respectively) are slightly taller at 1.75"

View ArticleWith the Holidays quickly approaching, here are the important shipping deadlines to ensure your gift arrives in time. Orders must by placed by the following dates for expected delivery by December 25:
12/17- Last day for Free Shipping to arrive by December 25
12/18- Last day for Priority Mail
12/19- Last day for FedEx 2 Day (Guaranteed)
12/22- Last day for Overnight deliveries (Guaranteed)
With this being the busiest time of the year for carriers (we use USPS and FedEx), their shipping times can sometimes take longer than expected. If you need something by a specific date, we recommend choosing one of our FedEx options like FedEx 2 day or FedEx Overnight. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out and we'd be happy to assist.

30 days- Full Refund, Full Exchange, or Store Credit
60 days- Full Exchange or Store Credit
90 days- Store Credit
Refunds (Within 30 Days)
Visit our Returns/Exchanges portal to receive a return label. There is a $6 fee for the return shipping and restocking of your purchase. If you prefer to send back the order yourself, please see below for instructions.

Exchanges (Within 60 Days)
If you would like to make an exchange, visit the Returns/Exchanges portal, and we’ll cover the cost of both return and exchange shipping to you. Our team is more than happy to assist with any fit-related or general questions you may have. If there is a variance with the order total, we’ll square up the difference with you.
Store Credit (Within 90 Days)
If you've had your order for less than 90 days, we're happy to offer you full store credit, as long as your items haven't been worn or laundered. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping, and issue you store credit via email that can be used at any future point.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are heavily discounted and unable to be returned, or exchanged. These items are clearly noted as such in a few areas: the “Story” section of each product page, and during the checkout process. Final Sale items can be found here.
Worn, Washed, Laundered, Altered & Damaged Items
We are unable to resell worn (but of course try it on!), washed, laundered, altered, or damaged products. You might be surprised to hear that we do, at times, receive back shirts that smell like smoke, have a dirty collar, show signs of wear, or have been laundered. Don’t be that guy, please.

If you're shipping items back to us and using your own shipping label, we ask that you hold onto the tracking information. If your package is lost, there’s unfortunately not much we can do without having that information.
Exceptions For International Orders
Our above policies apply for international orders, with one exception: we're unable to provide our international customers with a prepaid return shipping label. As a result, you are responsible for your return shipping. If you'd like to send your order back, please send it to:

Beginning Your Return Or Exchange

Print the shipping label, repackage your items, tape the label to the package, and it will be ready to drop off with the indicated carrier.
You can find your order number on the packing receipt that was shipped with your order, in your email confirmation, or by logging in to Your Account to see all of your orders.
Returns & Exchanges Are Quick & Easy
We believe that you shouldn’t have to wait long to get what you need from us. As a result, we aim to turn around all returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that during peak shopping periods, like winter holidays, there might be a slight delay in the response time. We assure you that we’re processing all orders as quickly as possible.

Standard Shipping
For orders with Standard Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
US orders are shipped via USPS, FEDEX, or UPS and usually arrive within 4-6 business days.
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and are estimated to arrive within 1-2 weeks.
Free Shipping
All orders $100 or over will qualify for Free Shipping. Please expect the same time frame as above.
Expedited Shipping
For expedited orders, see shipping estimates during checkout. If you need an order by a specific date, please choose an expedited shipping option to guarantee delivery by that date. If you are still unsure, please reach out to us at [email protected].
International Shipping
For most other countries, shipping takes about two weeks, but does depend on the clearance at customs.
Duties, taxes and associatedfees are the responsibility of the purchaser for any international orders.

All Hugh & Crye shirts are made of 100\% cotton and should be cared for as a living, natural garment. In our experience, the best way to keep your shirts as fresh and crisp as the day that you got them is a cold wash, hang dry and iron.
Feel free to to dry clean our shirts as well for an extra crisp, professional look.

Our shirts and blazers are primarily manufactured in India using Italian fabrics. We're big fans of Made in the USA, but until we can make the economics and production needs work, we'll have to stick to producing our shirts and blazers elsewhere. We haven't given up on it yet, though!
Our ties and pocket squares are made in Virginia and DC, and our fitted T-shirts are made in LA.

We source only the best cotton for our shirts, and that happens to be mostly from Italian mills. Two-ply, long-staple, 100\% Egyptian cotton, in 100s, 120s and 140s (yarn count) is our fabric of choice.

This allows lean and athletic men to find their perfect fit according to their height, body type, and other measurements they have available. View ArticleAll of the fabrics we use have been treated at the textile mills for "easy care."
This means that they should be easier to handle after a washeasier to iron, with less stubborn wrinkles.
However, we don't use traditional "wrinkle free" treatments that are popular with other brands such as Brooks Brothers because it involves heavy chemicals that are harmful to the environment and the people that handle them. Learn more about our approach to responsible sourcing.
"Non-iron" or “wrinkle-free" shirts are convenient, but not for your health.
Formaldehyde is a known carcinogen. In addition to its cancer causing potential, it can also cause “burning sensations in the eyes, nose, and throat; coughing; wheezing; nausea; and skin irritation."
At Hugh & Crye, we're not just obsessed with creating shirts that fit. We are 100\% dedicated to not killing our customers. It's just a matter of principle, and it's why we don't sell non-iron shirts.

Our focus has been shirts since Day 1. That is our specialty. We saw a problem that needed fixing and that is where we put our attention.
We have since expanded into other products for the torso with T-shirts, blazers, popovers, and accessories, but our expertise remains in the shirt-making industry.
We don't want to say that we will never make pants because we do see the need for better-fitting jeans, trousers, khakis, and chinos. In fact, our sizing system for pants is a great idea! But as of right now, we are still fighting the ill-fitting dress shirts of the world and raising awareness for the best way to find a dress shirt that actually fits.
