What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have worked with many companies in my career and find Hughes, under Pradman's leadership, to be amongst the best, if not the best company I have worked for.

I feel valued by Hughes and my management team.

They value the company and their work.
Eager to learn and works well with each other. As well as good at taking ownership of projects.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more respectful of the fact others work there. Be quiet.
