Listen to their employees and do the right thing for the employees and the customers .And held your employees accountable for their actions .Including coaching and disciplinary actions .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved up from entry level, so my pay is based on my previous pay instead of what is comparable for my current role. I would like to see more answers to basic questions around fair pay
Developers are paid below the industry's regional average. Increase in salary across all development teams would resolve this problem.
To be competitive with other banks of comparable size.
i have with the company for 23 years this year they raised all the new employees to the same pay as myself and did not raise any of the loyal employees who have been there for years and more knowlegable

The specific branch that I work in has a high turnover rate and we are in a city setting which has its moments of being scary due to robberies in surrounding areas.
