They are a serious-minded group of professionals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was long ago so I can't really remember.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They respect me and my contributions. I am allowed to work with a high degree of autonomy, but are there to assist me if needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO and the company are always striving to offer programs geared towards our mental well being, like wellness, diversity, employee assistance, and fun promotions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Keeping busy all day maintaining the dey-to-day operations as well as working on long-term improvement projects. Every once in awhile it is nice to get a call or message from a co-worker just to see how I'm doing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Probably the pay. My only concern is the vesting period for retirement (15 vs. 10 years). I was not grandfathered into the previous retirement plan so I feel I missed out on the shorter period and at my age it matters.
