Hope Katz serves as executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Huron. She leads Huron’s global legal function and has more than 20 years of experience in global employment law, corporate governance, litigation, and compliance.
Hope was appointed executive vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary January 1, 2025. Previously, Hope was appointed corporate vice president, legal affairs, and corporate secretary of Huron in March 2024.
Hope joined Huron in 2018 and served as deputy general counsel. Before she joined Huron, Hope was senior employment counsel at Accenture from 2014 to 2018 and served as associate general counsel and vice president at Hitachi Consulting from 2007 until 2013. Previously, she was an associate in the litigation and corporate restructuring groups at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
She is a member of the American Bar Association and board member of the Children’s Research Fund, a benefactor of Stanley Manne Children’s Research Institute and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She received her B.A in Political Science from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Cornell Law School, where she served as an editor of the Cornell Law Review.
