Mark Hussey — Chief Executive Officer & President at Huron Consulting Group

As CEO and President, Mark provides executive leadership to Huron in pursuit of its mission to serve as the transformation partner to clients as they pursue their goals in the face of continuous change. Mark lives the culture, values and leadership principles that guide Huron’s focus on growing and developing the people of Huron. Under his leadership, Huron has evolved to become a global integrated operating company drawing upon the powerful combination of industry and capability expertise with strengths in healthcare, education, financial services, energy and utilities, industrials and manufacturing, and public sector, along with a rapidly growing digital business serving all industries.Mark was appointed CEO in January 2023 and President in February 2019. He served as Chief Operating Officer until from February 2014 to July 2022. He served as interim healthcare industry leader from January 2017 until February 2019, returning the business to growth and positioning it for expanded collaboration across Huron’s industries and capabilities. He served as Chief Financial Officer from July 2011 until January 2017, and as Treasurer from July 2011 until February 2016. As CFO and treasurer, Mark was also responsible for Huron’s capital and financing strategies and the investor relations, finance, and accounting functions.

Prior to joining Huron, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer for CrossCom National, LLC where he was responsible for all finance and administrative functions.
