What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong decision making focused on customers.

Paid lunch, equity, great culture, great opportunities to succeed.
Stock option grants that gave me a real ownership stake in the company from day one.
Generous stock, great benefits and paid well for the market/industry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Limited parental support, no equity transparency.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Creativity, motivation, and drive to improve the world.
My team debates openly, fairly, and passionately -- and then commits to following through on whatever decision we reach.
The whole company is incredibly talented - and easy to get along with.
Really cool people, great backgrounds, smart and down to earth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is our number one problem. Everyone wants to help but not everyone wants to share.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very close to success in our target market.

What did you like most about the interview process?
We are interdisciplinary and open minded.
I talked to many different people to give me a good perspective of what the team balance was like.
Got to meet many of the people from other teams with whom I ended up working closely.
The energy in the atmosphere, the buzz of creativity, of smart people having fun together while solving tough problems. I knew right away that I wanted to be part of that environment.
