There is no compensation as far as benefits and stocks/equity since we are a small company and have not reached that point yet in our growth

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible work time and the ability to leave during day to run errands (e.g., doctors appointments). Plus they have beer!

Getting things to work with software and hardware. We see the direct result of our actions given the work that we have done and time put in.
