45 to 50 per week. It is a startup company so this job is not the nine to five'rs.

We could use a 401K plan and stock options.

Below market value. I personally took a 20% reduction in pay to work at IAM Robotics.

We do not have many benefits other than health insurance and paid time off. We would like stop options and a 401K plan.

How would you compare interviewing at Iam Robotics to other places you've interviewed?
I was treated with respect and professionalism unlike other bigger tech companies where the people who interview you can be condescending, cocky and a little arrogant.
Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from Iam Robotics?
I met with the owner, the principle engineer of the software group and a mechanical engineer. After the interview I heard back with an offer in less than an hour.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Iam Robotics asks?
There are no common questions since every candidate we interview has a unique and different background. Their background listed on their resume determines the type of questions that are asked. We do not ask the typical cliché questions what are your strengths/weaknesses and where do you see yourself in 5 years. We ask specifically targeted questions that focuses on a candidates background and experience.
How flexible is your work schedule at Iam Robotics?
We can arrive anywhere between 8 and 9:30 AM and can leave at the end of the day when we put in our 8 hours. There is no formal schedule.
