  • None as of right now. There is no medical, no dental, no short or long term disability and no vision. We get the typical 2 weeks paid vacation per year and there is talk of equity, stock options but this has not manifested yet.

For technical interviews there are employees with Masters and PhDs that ask very detailed and in-depth questions about the candidates background and depth of knowledge. Then other questions are often asked that determine how candidates may deal with a hypothetical situation to see if they are a good fit for the fast paced environment here at IAM Robotics.

  • It was informal sit-down interview with both technical and non technical questions. There were no white board sessions like other big companies where you stand on your feet for several hours answering question after question in front of a panel of people.
