The consistent management company turnover (and sale of the property) causes a lot of issues within the property and with individual lessees: apartments are not maintained properly, the grounds have been overgrown, and rule changes are too often.
My direct coworkers (same title) genuinely cared about each other. We worked as team and tried to find solutions that improved both our work, department and company as a whole.
