Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay below market and increases are given to unperformers all year long so i get told there is only so little money to go around
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct coworkers (same title) genuinely cared about each other. We worked as team and tried to find solutions that improved both our work, department and company as a whole.

Friendly and neat of all non stressful
