They trust you to do your job, minimal micro-managing

What is the best part about your compensation package?
farily paid wages and bonuses
401k match is very good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
General comp not competitive. Bonuses are often cut and paltry when paid due to overall company performance, despite over-achieving on personal goals. Senior and exec leadership do a poor job seeing achievable yet challenging goals and don't manage expectations or obstacles well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
everybody contributes in every task given

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
horizontal communication in the culture
Focus on moving things ahead and success for our clients
Mixed races and cultures but we all get along and work together
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better executive push to get people into roles they like.
What did you like most about the interview process?
not pressure, the interviewer were all kind
Very personable interviewer who made the process stress free
Very nice and easygoing, I couldn't make the first interview and they were very flexible about it.
how nice he was really made me feel like I was at home.

Too little attention paid to the front line employees
