It varies, but is typically medium paced throughout the day. Business is quick in the early morning through to the afternoon, but dies down in the evening and picks back up again the next day.

I feel it is growing and on the rise. We have expanded exponentially in the time I have been here, but now finding another team member to help us move forward is important to continue the company's growth.

The people I work with have taught me a lot and allowed me to grow professionally and individually into the person I am today. I will always be appreciative of the opportunity and guidance I received from my colleagues.

It can be difficult, and you will end up working at some points when your are maybe out with friends or family. It is really a balance that you need to find which can be difficult at first, but once you get hang of the job it becomes easier to manage time and have a social life.

Very friendly and fun. Anywhere we go we always have a good time whether it's a club, restaurant, cigar lounge, anything. You develop a close relationship with your colleagues so it is like going out with friends.

International travel is great, going to meet clients/colleagues or attending conferences all around the world is a great perk. Also lunch is always paid for and we often have outings as a group that helps with morale.

We have an office space with 4 connecting rooms and typically open doors to allow for easy communication among everyone. Typically we have 5 people at our Dallas office, with a great view of Love Field airport and Downtown Dallas

We are a team of international individuals encompassing all different backgrounds and cultures. It is the most diverse place I've ever worked at.

Morale is usually high and the team is very close and friendly with each other.

There is not one administered by Icarus Jet, however part of the process of obtaining a Dallas Love Field ID to enter the office premises and FBOs is to take a required video quiz and also pass a background check.
