What did you like most about the interview process?
I found the team conducting the interviews to be transparent regarding some of the unflattering online reviews. I think ICE needs to update its policies to provide more flexibility regarding remote work since they are competing for talent against companies that do provide hybrid or 100% remote.
I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job
