Most of the days I would have a task that is fun to do,

Good vision towards where the company should go. Great flexibility in case to case personal or professional mattters

It was a long time ago when we were a small company. It was more of an informal talk then interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do have a startup-like culture. Not all things we do are purely with a scientific purpose. Some of them are just for fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Significant other policy. The company pays for a flight to my Fiance once a month so I can still work in Finland and remain remote relationship
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people are very engaged. We have this common goal of building a constellation of satellites and that brings people together in common effort.
