What do you like best about the leadership team?
It gives you both freedom of choice and responsibility. the approach is "whatever works" meaning new, fresh ideas are always very welcome and taken into consideration. One can have a real impact on results which is absolutely great.
The organisation is flat in structure. Direct communications are encouraged to resolve related issues, they listen well.
Always listening to others ideas, but decisive when needed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is a number of in-work benefits including a relocation policy which includes advisory in housing, bank services, dealing with immigration authorities, and other important aspects of the move. Health insurance is provided to all employees, including free vaccinations.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a friendly atmosphere of mutual trust and respect within a diverse working environment of 25+ nationalities. People are creative, take responsibility and are open to new innovations.
Multinational company with high diversity, with a lot of positive attitude

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very structured and smooth. I was informed about subsequent stages and there was a quick feedback after each stage. All interviews were conducted in a very professional way.
