It was very structured and smooth. I was informed about subsequent stages and there was a quick feedback after each stage. All interviews were conducted in a very professional way.

It gives you both freedom of choice and responsibility. the approach is "whatever works" meaning new, fresh ideas are always very welcome and taken into consideration. One can have a real impact on results which is absolutely great.
