Compensating according to market rates
being human--but they can't corporate greed and need are more important
If you hire someone and make an agreement to provide a 40 hour work week be as true to your commitment as you expect your employees to be to there's.
Pay attention to what is going on
Good supporter and help for career growth
This company is yet to address the increase in cost of living and use benefits and remote work 0emplacement of competitive pay.
I feel like I am currently paid below my going market rate, particularly as I am not eligible for an annual bonus. A path towards rapid advancement and promotion based on my skill set and experience would go a long way towards addressing this.
I know I am being paid an under-market rate for my years of experience and location. I am frustrated at the slow growth within the company.
Little to no appreciation for effort
No reward--it's a corporate entity living and enjoying revenue that comes from employees hard work
It's hard connecting over remote work
There is no trust. you don't know who is who--teammates go to HR and higher ups to complain and get noticed.
Improve accountability of work and world class service to clients and employees
Because of the competence and quality issue, competent employees may ultimately carry to load of less competent employees who are nevertheless paid the same or even more than the former. This makes workplace collaboration draining and difficult.
Nothing --it will go down in history as a worst company
Clear and transparent achievement and performance benchmarks. Transparency overall would do this company some good.
be collaborative and not so competitive with each other internally. Lots of infighting.
The person interviewed asked me about my dress--and if I am this formal everyday. Completely unprofessional
Clear, relevant and practical job requirements.
everything is wrong...they care only about money and not people, talent or work
No communication and obviously no concern at all for there employees.
It's mostly the customers and my hours
heavy internal politics - executives care more about their stock and position than the work. Loyalty is not valued, efforts are not appreciated. People who do right are thrown under the bus
a clearer leadership vision and strategy.
