What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and do their best to fix any issues/concerns before they compound.
Very intelligent. Willing to get in the weeds with their team to solve a problem, which can be quite rare at companies.
Experience and Approachable
They know everybody by name and have an open door policy to discuss anything.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The incentive structure.
That my performance equals my compensation. The harder I work, the better I get paid; thus allowing me to have a positive outlook.
Fair and Attainable Incentive Compensation
The cash piece is the best, but it would be nice if I had more stock options.
Competitive pay and benefits, excellent espresso, healthy snacks & beer taps in the kitchen, and team lunch every Friday.

What are some of the best things about your team?
work together
Our team is awesome! We come to work on a daily basis, and figure out ways to push ourselves and hit our number.
Very collaborative and enthusiastic team players
The manager has our backs and is open to hear opinions.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Camaraderie
The company environment is good, for the most part. At times it can be stressful and tense...but that's all part of being a growing company.

Work/life balance and we are a work family.

Learning something completely new, and implementing and executing on it with success.
Relaxed culture
I have the ability to get my job done my way within reason.
