What is the best part about your compensation package?

The incentive structure.

That my performance equals my compensation. The harder I work, the better I get paid; thus allowing me to have a positive outlook.

Fair and Attainable Incentive Compensation

The cash piece is the best, but it would be nice if I had more stock options.

Competitive pay and benefits, excellent espresso, healthy snacks & beer taps in the kitchen, and team lunch every Friday.
