What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company treats us like gold... bottle of Dom at Christmas, above average pay, unreal benefits. All this comes from solid management.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are generally excellent with company paying bulk of health/dental/vision, free long and short term disability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not allowed to WFH even in terrible weather indicates zero trust in employees, even though I work around the clock.
What are some of the best things about your team?
iCorps has a diverse group both in skill sets and gender/color/etc. They are all great people to be around.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hold themselves accountable and recognize when other teams are overwhelmed & offer help. Uneven distribution of responsibilities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At this professional oriented company it is expected that you know what you purport to know. The company is fair and forward looking
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Culture is stuck in the 80s - needs to match more innovative cultures of other tech companies in the area, people don't want to come to work

Not uncommon to hear 'Awesome, iCorps is here, now it'll get fixed' as I arrive at a client.
