I like the people I work with and the problems we get to solve together. There's never a boring day. It's surprising a 100% remote company would have such good collaboration.
It was comfortable and casual. There were some role-specific questions, but after confirming my level knowledge, it was mostly about gauging how well I'd fit in with the rest of the team.
Nobody has an ego to deal with. We can confront a problem head on, knowing any criticisms are of a proposed solution, not the person that made it. Everyone is considerate and everyone is heard.
My pay is *well* below the average pay for a person in my position. Getting my pay on par with the market would increase the chances of me sticking around. It's a common problem ICUC has, and I suspect the parent company, dentsu, has a lot to do with it.
