There are a lot of changes happening here and I am remaining optimistic they are for the better. I am personally involved in a few pilots that i think are putting us in the right direction. Overall, i love my team and manager!
Aesthetic sales is NOT easy but the support you get here is awesome. I don't agree with all of their policies but overall, it really isn't a bad place to work. If you're in sales, be prepared to hustle. But, if you put in the work and keep an open mind, you'll make some good money!
Stop SELLING consumers procedures on a commission basis! When you're dealing with men and women's appearances, through aestheti procedures, they shoukd be able to trust a orofessional opinion - not be SOLD a procedure from which they earn more money!
