There are a lot of changes happening here and I am remaining optimistic they are for the better. I am personally involved in a few pilots that i think are putting us in the right direction. Overall, i love my team and manager!

Aesthetic sales is NOT easy but the support you get here is awesome. I don't agree with all of their policies but overall, it really isn't a bad place to work. If you're in sales, be prepared to hustle. But, if you put in the work and keep an open mind, you'll make some good money!

My direct manager is one of the best. We support each other. I'm slowly getting to know the other management and higher ups. I can tell they love what they do and want to get this right.

My direct manager is absolutely awesome. She wears many, many hats but still makes the time to help. Currently, I feel everyone is a little over loaded but I have never felt like a burden to any of them.

I feel like the benefits package could be better. It's not terrible, but not great. I'd like to see a better 401k company match and health plans that cover more than what they do now. Again, not terrible, but could be better.

Everyone here takes pride in their work and they love what they do. I appreciate how seriously everyone takes their job and how easy everyone is to work with. Disagreements come up, but they are discussed in a professional manner and we all move on. I work with adults. It's nice.

We all truly believe in one another and do our best to support. Space is allowed for a bad day, week, or even month. Work is not what rules our lives. The balance is there but it is up to you to establish it sometimes.

Everyone is approachable and doesn't mind that I am curious about a lot of things concerning their jobs. They take the time to make sure I understand what it is they do so I can better support them through my role.

I like the mock consultation. That was a lot of fun. I enjoy role playing as it helps me really see what I'm getting into.

I like that I can infuse my personality into my work and I'm allowed to be creative. I am not micromanaged. As long as I communicate effectively, I'm rarely bothered by higher ups.
