Our bonuses really reflect our performance as a company

Flexible working arrangements - I work from home at least once a week and can schedule appointments during the weekday.

base pay was reasonable I was underwhelmed by the bonus structure payout.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

IDEO charges McKinsey rates for work done by teams making on average $150k per year. The company carries way, way, way too many people who do nothing all day but have been there forever.
