Lots of transition with less focus on actual product and more on DEI which has resulted in poor performance as a business. This has resulted in a large amount of churn.

We have record increase in profitability and a mediocre increase in pay which isn't matching inflation.

They really care about the employees and their concerns. They ensure that we are not overworked.
