Enthusiastic sales driven dystopia for engineers
No real culture aside from "bill hours". Management has no real ability to lead and only report utilization. They pay well, but that's brand tax at this point. The bottom line is their bottom line, you are only a cog in that regard. Overall, not a pleasant experience. People who stay, "fit" (cog)

How flexible is your work schedule at IDMWorks?
Workload is pretty overbearing. You learn a lot though. Don't believe the PTO policy.

Smart guys that can back up the Engineers, Leads, Sales, other management and really know the IAM market better than anyone I have ever met.
What are some of the best things about your team at IDMWorks?
Strong group that got hired based on both tech know how but also personality. No "jerks", only smart and willing to help each other succeed

Right where it needs to be for a competitive field.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at IDMWorks?
Family friendly is what I have been told and they back it up. I hope it continues as it gets bigger. They genuinely care which is solid.
What makes you most happy at IDMWorks?
Being seen as the "expert" due to my skill but also the company I am associated with. Im not a cog or a number which is why I plan to stay
