Smart guys that can back up the Engineers, Leads, Sales, other management and really know the IAM market better than anyone I have ever met.
This isn't a fair question, the leadership is excellent at what they due, but using the term "leadership" is a misnomer. Look at other exploitative models, they make money. That's the goal here. I would say they could actually lead, but this is in no way their direction. They focus on billable.
Right where it needs to be for a competitive field.
That salary is fine for 40 hours a week, but you work closer to 60 so it isn't truly competitive
There is no "voice" there for employees. No meaningful way to affect change in the benefit of the workers.
Strong group that got hired based on both tech know how but also personality. No "jerks", only smart and willing to help each other succeed
The workers are isolated, as such they lost the idea of team work. Its a very self serving group, but the ones who didn't "fit" with that left.
Family friendly is what I have been told and they back it up. I hope it continues as it gets bigger. They genuinely care which is solid.

Non-technical discussions with co-workers are rewarding
Being seen as the "expert" due to my skill but also the company I am associated with. Im not a cog or a number which is why I plan to stay
