Mr. Abilio S. Pereira, also known as Bill, has been President and Chief Operating Officer at IDT Corporation since January 01, 2018. Mr. Pereira served as Chief Executive Officer and President of IDT Telecom since October 31, 2011 until December 31, 2017 and serves as its Co-Chairman. Mr. Pereira served as the Chief Financial Officer of IDT Corporation since January 2, 2009. He served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at IDT Corporation from January 2008 to January 2, 2009 and served as Treasurer since January 2, 2009. He served as a Senior Vice President of IDT Corporation since 2006. He initially joined the IDT Corporation in December 2001, when the IDT Corporation bought Horizon Global Trading, a financial software firm, where he served as a Managing Partner. In February 2002, He joined Winstar Communications, a subsidiary of IDT Corporation as a Senior Vice President of Finance. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Winstar Communications, until 2006. Since 2006, He served as a Senior Vice President at IDT Corporation and responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and planning. He has been an Inside Director of IDT Corporation since October 31, 2011. He served as a Director of IDT Chile S.A. Prior to joining the IDT Corporation, He worked for a number of companies in the financial sector, including Prudential Financial, SBC Warburg and UBS. He holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business and a BS from Rutgers University.
